Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products sold by Jola Sola Studios, including handmade ceramics, tiles, posters, prints, and other mailed goods.
1. Processing Time
Because many products are handmade, made to order, small-batch, or finished in-studio, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing before shipment unless a different timeline is stated on the product page.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery timing will depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Jola Sola Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible at [Contact Email]. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.
4. Order Delays
If we are unable to ship within the stated or expected timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay and next steps.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, shipping movement is outside of our control. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier first and then email us at [Contact Email] so we can assist where possible.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

6. International Shipping

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are made, packed, or fulfilled on different timelines.
