Jola Sola Studios sells handmade goods, original work, custom work, and creative services. Because of the nature of these offerings, this Refund Policy applies.
1. Handmade Physical Products
All handmade sales are final.
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, small-batch, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Handmade posters

Prints identified as final sale

Limited drops

Made-to-order pieces
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Variation in Handmade Work
Slight variations in shape, texture, glaze, stamp mark, print placement, tone, and finish are part of the handmade nature of the work and are not considered defects.
3. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact [Contact Email] within 5 days of delivery and include:

Approved damage claims may be resolved at our discretion through replacement, repair, store credit, or other appropriate solution depending on availability and circumstance.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays or carrier issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to help guide you through the next steps if an issue arises.
5. Creative Services
Because creative services involve reserved time, planning, communication, concept development, research, and custom scope, service-related fees are generally non-refundable.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Discovery / onboarding / reservation fees are non-refundable

Payments for completed work are non-refundable
If a service is canceled before work begins, any refund, if offered, is at the sole discretion of Jola Sola Studios and may be reduced to reflect time already reserved or work already performed.
6. Custom Artwork and Commissions
Custom artwork, commissions, personalized work, and custom partnership fees are non-refundable once work, planning, creative research, sourcing, or production has begun.
